Refund policy
Returns
Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your order with any concerns regarding your purchased items. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. At that time, you will have 7 days to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges will only be made if we have the same item available.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

*Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items unless there is a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will reimburse for the item amount plus tax.
